BLACKIRON workshop was created to answer the need of industrial equipment customization.
That’s why we’ve hired technical engineers qualified in hydraulic tools development, in order to quickly engineer and manufacture customized products.
We have therefore invested in specific machine tools, optimized to achieve our goals.
CNC lathes with driven tools, relative Y axes and indexed spindles were the first choice combined with the purchase of electrohydraulic presses for molding our products. In a second stage we continued our investment by implementing 4-axis machining centers.
Consequently, the heart of the system, that is the CAD / CAM for the design and the transformation from design to program for CNC, flanked by the FEM module for the control of the efforts and the relative sizing of the product.
Today we are able to lathe diameters up to 600 mm and lengths up to 2000 mm as well as to perform disparate mechanical works.
We always and exclusively use high alloy steels with chromium vanadium nickel molybdenum and other components of European origin and guaranteed quality. We keep from 8 to 300 mm steel bars ex stock. In case of “URGENCIES” we are also able to perform heat treatments thanks to our oven that can reach temperatures up to 1200° and thanks to an extinguishing oil tank and cyclone blasting machine. The complete range of production machines is completed by the ADP5090 micropoint marking machine equipped with AC500 Controller.
